1. Do I need to pay for customs duty?
Buyers are responsible for customs taxes. Normally, if there have customs taxes, you should pay it. We won't bear the any custom duty or import tax. If the parcel get strictly inspected by customs, you need to pay tax to clear customs. We won't bear the customs tax. The cost of return or lost parcel would be on buyer due to reject customs clearance. If you have special request, please let me know. We don't accept dispute of customs problem(To pay taxes is the duty of every citizen).

2. What if I'm dissatisfied with the product?
If you have any problem with product, delivery, service, please contact us, we will response in time, we are responsible seller who focus on service and will offer the best solution to satisfy you if you contact us !

3. May I get repair warranty?
We have 6 months warranty in China, but in some countries offers One-year replacement warranty in your country.

4. About the product picture.
In description photo which show the product, is from web. The photo which has been edited to show the best of the product. It's just for reference. The details must refer the real object photo.

5. About Storage:
The actual available storage is less, the reason is that the software configuration of will occupy part of storage. We can't accept the dispute over RAM/ROM difference.

6. About transport time and mode?
Some of our products have warehouses in Russia and the United States. And the goods sent from China are selected as Standard Shipping.
Estimated delivery time is maybe 10-35 days (Different countries need delivery Time is not same).
