Shipping Insurance: If your order includes insurance and the shipment is officially declared lost, we will gladly process a refund for the product amount.
Packaging & Delivery: All products are securely packed to ensure they are delivered in perfect condition. We recommend checking the parcel upon delivery for your satisfaction. For your protection, we strongly suggest recording an unboxing video when opening the package, as this helps us verify and resolve any potential shipment issues quickly.
