Attention:

1. Milk can froth and heat up to 45/55/65℃ when heating milk, which is the optimal temperature for drinking. Over-heating will destroy milk nutrients.

2. Use whole milk with a fat content >3%.

3. Making high-quality froth is using fresh, cold milk. Optimal results are obtained with milk that has been freshly removed from the refrigerator and frothed immediately. Colder milk yields better froth; we recommend a milk temperature of approximately 4–6°C (39.2–42.8°F).

4. Do not leave milk on the counter after use as this can affect the freshness of the milk. Always put milk back into refrigerator when done using.

5.After each froth/heat wait 2 minutes to allow the thermostat to rest. After 2 minutes the Milk Frother can be used again. To shorten this time, rinse with cold water and wipe dry after each use.
