Why are Value Vault Clubs Prices so low?

It's really simple. We mark our products up 1.2% and this is unheard of in retail circles. Then, when we offer you discounts 5% to 15% you are getting that item, in most cases, just a few cents over Wholesale cost.

Why do we only markup products 1.2%?

Fore two main reasons. First, we want the general public to be able to afford quality products. Second, we feel, we will make our money on volume rather than individual price points.

Delivery Times?

Most of our products have been delivered in five to fifteen days. Some in less than five days. And unfortunately, some in more than fifteen days. We strive daily to get your purchases to you as soon as possible. And we will continue to improve our delivery service times.

Tracking your package? 

As soon as your item leaves the warehouse you will get an email with all information needed and of course your tracking number with hour by hour updates.

Returns?

Returns are easy! Take your time with your purchase. If it doesn't fit or you simply do not like it, just send us an email and we will pay for the return then refund your money. In cases of damaged items most of the time with proper photo identification of the products faults, we will just refund you and not worrie about a return.
