Description
The ORCA MOD-75 torch is compact, easy to handle and completely safe to use. Since it does not require compressed air, it is ideal for work that requires continuous transport of the equipment, ease of handling and easy storage. Its basic configuration consists of a body, three nozzles (small, medium and large), hose and a valve for coupling to gas tanks. The MOD-75 torch works with direct pressure, not requiring any pressure regulator, which makes it simple and without any additional installation costs.
High Efficiency
This torch is especially recommended for medium and low temperature welding work, small precious metal castings or non-precious metal castings for use in fine metallurgy, glassworks, general repairs, etc.
It makes significant use of the calorific potential of LPG (liquefied petroleum gas), thus making heating of the work material quick.
The MOD-75 torch works with direct pressure, requiring no pressure regulator, which makes it simple and without any additional installation costs.
The main feature of this torch, which makes it very suitable for precise work, is the exclusive needle-injector assembly. This system allows the gas flow to be regulated without losing its exit speed, thus making it possible to obtain a very small but intense flame or a powerful but also intense flame.
In conventional systems, the gas flow through the injector depends on the size of its orifice, and when a small flow is regulated through it, the gas speed is low, thus not providing an intense flame at the nozzle.

Excellent Quality
The gas injection system is highly precise, providing perfect regulation without flame oscillations. The complete equipment includes a special hose for LPG, sized for total safety and convenience. At its ends we have connection terminals, one of the ends is rotatable (even when tightened), providing total freedom of movement with the torch. It also comes with a valve for coupling to gas tanks, which is manufactured using the same manufacturing criteria as the torches and is available in several coupling systems. We took special care with the matte finish to avoid unwanted reflections and varnished to maintain its appearance.
Its body and moving parts are made of brass, which ensures excellent impact resistance. Its nozzles or burners, patented by us, provide a concentric flame with excellent thermal value. The handle is made of bakelite, offering great thermal insulation.
