Light rain and normal splashes are generally fine for our ebike battery pack. Avoid long heavy rain, immersion, or high‑pressure washing. For frequent rain or snow use, we can suggest higher IP options for your electric bike battery.

Q7.How should I store an ebike battery if I don’t use it for a long time?

Store the e-bike battery at about 50–60% charge in a cool, dry place. Avoid heat and direct sunlight. Check and recharge the ebike battery every 2–3 months if needed.

Building a battery pack requires professional skills such as cell matching and BMS setup. For most users, we strongly recommend factory‑made ebike batteries for safety and warranty. Cells or BMS are supplied only for professional users.
